Job Description:
As a Senior Salesforce Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Salesforce ecosystem. With your deep expertise and strategic vision, you will architect solutions that empower our organization to achieve its goals through Salesforce. You will lead a team of developers and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that our Salesforce environment is optimized for performance, scalability, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture: Take ownership of designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives, are scalable, and adhere to best practices.
Technical Leadership: Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to the development and admin teams, promoting excellence in coding, customization, and configuration.
Custom Development: Lead and oversee the development of complex custom Salesforce components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other technologies.
Integration Mastery: Architect and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and other systems, guaranteeing data consistency, integrity, and flow.
Governance and Security: Establish and enforce Salesforce governance and security best practices, including access controls, data security, and compliance with industry standards.
Performance Optimization: Proactively monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and issues.
Documentation Excellence: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, design, and configurations.
Training and Empowerment: Provide advanced training and support to Salesforce administrators, developers, and end-users, empowering them to leverage Salesforce capabilities effectively.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up-to-date with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry trends, and make strategic recommendations for their adoption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect and Salesforce Certified System Architect certifications are required.
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Architect.
- Extensive expertise in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and the Salesforce Lightning Platform.
- Proven success in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
- Strong knowledge of integration techniques and best practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and mentoring teams.
