Senior Project Manager - Hybrid

About Us:

We are currently supporting our client who are operating as one of the UKs largest property services organisations. We are seeking an experienced well rounded Project Manager to join their team, having HR project exposure is beneficial and preferably from the construction and utilities sectors.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with a strong background in HR project management, preferably from the construction or utilities industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR projects, including project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Once these projects are complete the business has a large number of projects for you to be involved in.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple HR projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and other stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Develop and maintain project reports, dashboards, and metrics to track progress
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed
  • Conduct regular status updates with stakeholders and senior management
  • Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably from the construction or utilities industry
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with HR systems and technology (e.g. HRIS, payroll systems)
