We are looking for an experienced PM/PMO for our MNC client. This is under secondment contract, with a 12 months duration. Candidate must be based in Hong Kong and had experience working in banks.


Responsibilities:

• Define scope, objectives, timeline and resourcing for projects in collaboration with stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional Agile teams using Scrum methodology in Jira and Confluence
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and manage expectations
• Continuously improve processes through application of Agile principles and best practices
• Work closely with QA to define testing strategies and ensure deliverables meet requirements
• Maintain effective communication across all levels to motivate teams and resolve obstacles

Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years' experience managing complex projects in Fintech/Payments domain
• Expertise in Agile methodology, Scrum, Jira and project documentation tools
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget through active risk management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to understand technical requirements and work cross-functionally
• Experience managing teams, prioritizing workload and resolving issues
