Roles and Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Engage, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to deliver high-quality product features on time.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and potential product enhancements.
- Define and analyze metrics to inform the success of the product.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and customer service initiatives.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the team is working on the most impactful features.

- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their needs.
- Foster a vibrant user community, including managing user forums, webinars, and user-conferences.

- Familiarity with modern product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Aha!).
- Understanding of cloud technologies and SaaS business models.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA or a Master's degree is a plus.
Prior Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Experience in managing SaaS products, preferably in the public sector or related industries.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support.
