Responsibilities:
- Direct report to Chief Actuary
- Lead IFRS 17 implementation and respective projects that drive business growth
- Lead and manage a team of actuaries to ensure on-time delivery and execution
- Manage and communicate with respective internal stakeholders and external vendors
Requirements:
- Qualified actuary with 8+ years of relevant experience
- IFRS 17 / RBC experience is required
- Proactive, business-mind and demonstrated leadership - proven team management track record
- Excellent communication skills - fluent in English and Cantonese
