Title: Senior Manager / Advisor - Medicare - Actuarial
Location: 100% remote
Salary: $110,000 to $168,000 plus bonus, stock & 401k
An internationally recognised health insurer is looking for a technically astute Actuary to join a brand new team as Senior Manager. You will be responsible for planning and executing the road map for one of the Medicare businesses.
Responsibilities include:
- Work closely with the actuarial and product teams
- Design and implement the road map
- Own key relationships up to President level
- Present information to both technical and non-technical teams
- Produce statistical modelling using Python and SAS
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a newly created role and truly make it your own.
The successful candidate must have:
- ASA or FSA
- Strong Medicare product knowledge
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Python or SAS desirable
- Part D experience is a must
