A Top Tier Bank is rapidly expanding their team here in a Asia for a large number of Transformation Projects

* Drive overall programme status for selected projects ensure all technology deliveries and outputs are completed according to plan
* Keep effective communication and maintain good relationship with all project stakeholders, including business, Finance Change, Global programme managers and other IT counterparts. Manage business expectations and negotiate compromise where appropriate.
* Work closely with Finance business partners, Change Delivery team, source data provider to define and agree business requirements, high level system design and testing approach
* Drive and participate in functional design, data analysis and implementation on platforms and propose appropriate system solutions to ensure alignment to strategy, business requirements and benefits are met, on time and within budget. Co-ordinate with development teams to deliver and implement system solutions.
* Resource planning/forecasting and monitoring for Sub teams in HK and China and coordinate with global / regional programme managers for budgeting
* Timesheet monitoring, analysing financial billing report and provide commentary for discrepancies
