Oliver James is currently seeking a Senior Internal Auditor on behalf of a prominent insurance client located in Dublin City Centre. This client is a global leader in the insurance sector, and the successful candidate will join a dedicated group audit team. The role encompasses full responsibility for the planning and reporting of internal financial, business process, and regulatory audits. Additionally, the role will play a proactive part in identifying emerging risks that could impact the business and will support controls testing.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Completion of or progress towards a recognised professional qualification (such as Accounting, Internal Audit (CIA), or Insurance).
- A minimum of three years of audit experience, preferably within a professional services environment or in the insurance/reinsurance/financial services industry.
- A strong desire to build a career in internal audit, with the ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative team.
