Currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager position for a new digitally focused greenfield operation.

This senior position will form part of the leadership team within a newly formed Life company regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI).

As this is a newly formed company all aspects of the company will require set up. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to join and be instrumental in the future success of the company.

Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for overseeing the overall business performance, financial strategy and reporting requirements. The Senior Finance Manager will also oversee the financial planning and annual budget preparation.

You will be engaged in new system set ups, determining the regulatory framework, organisational infrastructure and leveraging the latest digital technologies to form new platforms and future ways of working.

You will gain invaluable experience in a start-up environment and will be able to develop your career in a modern digitally focused company.

Ideally for this position we are seeking an experienced Insurance professional with Life insurance experience.

You must be a Qualified Accountant with significant post qualified experience, some of which in a leadership/managerial role.
