Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Compliance Program's development, implementation, and maintenance.

  • Ensure compliance in underwriting, claims, QC escalations, and adherence to policies and guidelines.

  • Conduct compliance testing and QC reviews to uphold regulatory standards.

  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and monitoring programs.

  • Educate employees on compliance through training and communication.

  • Manage compliance projects, including tracking and reporting.

  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to address compliance risks.

  • Provide guidance on compliance risks to key operations.

  • Handle special assignments to support compliance initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in compliance monitoring, testing, and regulatory requirements.

  • Expertise in underwriting, claims, and quality control.

  • Knowledge of Federal/State regulations, mortgage loan documentation, and insurance operations.

  • Ability to manage compliance projects and adapt to change effectively.

  • Customer-focused with a results-driven approach to compliance.
















Senior Compliance Analyst - Mortgage








We are delighted to present an opportunity on behalf of our esteemed client in the Insurance industry. We are currently seeking a qualified and highly skilled individual to fulfill the position of Senior Compliance Analyst for their Mortgage department.




Role & Responsibilities:




  • Conduct thorough compliance reviews and audits to ensure all processes align with regulatory requirements specific to the mortgage sector.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain the compliance policies to mitigate potential risks and ensure operational integrity.
  • Meticulously monitor compliance frameworks and systems to preemptively identify and address any compliance issues.
  • Prepare detailed reports on compliance monitoring activities and findings, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.



Key Skills:




  • Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance policies within the mortgage domain.
  • Robust analytical skills with the ability to handle complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards governing the mortgage and insurance sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaison with other teams and stakeholders.
