Oliver James is working with a global insurance organisation that is looking to hire a Senior Claims Examiner - Workers Compensation. This is a technical oversight role and you will be responsible for providing guidance on mid to complex workers compensation claims to third party administrators. This will include coverage analysis and sign-off on more complex claims matters.

Skills/ Qualifications Required;

• Extensive workers compensation claims experience - 5+ years working for a reputable insurance carrier
• Highly experienced with coverage analysis within workers compensation
• Exposure to large loss claims and litigation - highly beneficial
• Experience managing TPA relationships and involvement in TPA strategy - beneficial
• Excellent knowledge of all related policy wording and regulations within workers compensation
• Adjuster License in multiple states-essential

This role can be fully remote (EST states only), with an excellent salary of $90,000 base plus bonus and benefits. The role also has a strong route of progression.
