We seek an experienced Claims professional (3-4 years) ready to elevate their career by showcasing proficiency in project delivery, controls, and monitoring. Fluency in French (collaboration with France) and English is essential; Dutch is advantageous.

* Proven track record of sound decisions backed by data.
12. Technical Proficiency:
* Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

1. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:
* Maintain robust stakeholder engagement, fostering collaboration within FraBeLux and across EMEA.
2. Risk Management Culture:
* Assist in instilling a strong risk management culture within FraBeLux Claims.
3. First Line Controls and Continuous Improvement:
* Implement and maintain strong first-line controls for key risks in FraBeLux claims, collaborating with Risk, Internal Audit Group (IAG), and Compliance for continuous improvement.
4. Risk Mitigation and Audit Resolution:
* Support and take ownership of risk event mitigation plans, internal audit action plans, and provide exception reporting for FraBeLux.
5. Claims Team Collaboration and Regulatory Performance:
* Collaborate with claims teams in FraBeLux, sharing continuous feedback and insights to enhance regulatory performance.
6. Regulatory Compliance and Audits:
* Ensure timely and appropriate responses to regulatory, SOX, and internal & external audits.
7. Issue Resolution:
* Ensure timely and effective resolution of ad-hoc system, regulatory, and operational issues.
8. Cross-Functional Support:
* Provide appropriate support to Legal, Vendor Services, Quality Assurance, and other support groups.
9. Business Reporting Support:
* Support effective claims business reporting in FraBeLux and the broader region.
