Senior Business Analyst - Life Insurance

As an Insurance Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions within our organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identify areas for improvement, and recommend effective solutions to enhance the insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.

  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and user stories.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Conduct impact analysis and risk assessment to support decision-making processes.

  • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet business needs.

  • Provide ongoing support and training to end users.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Proven 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within insurance industry

  • Familiarity in life insurance product is a MUST, understanding on POS will be a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software applications.

  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
