Oliver James are currently working with a Life Insurer who are looking to recruit a Senior Manager into their Corporate Actuarial function.

This role will sit as part of the Senior Leadership team and will be responsible for the management of a pool of Actuarial Analysts. Whilst leading from the front you will be expected to manage key relationships in the Risk, Finance and Actuarial functions.

You will be responsible for using your technical knowledge to review, analyse and challenge Solvency II and other financial results. By working with key stakeholders you will manage relationships and prepare key communications (including Board reports) to the relevant committees.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate strong communications skills and have the passion to influence people at all levels.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to step into a leadership team or someone who wants more exposure at board level.
