My client is a leading insurance company that is running under Agile methodology and is going through various transformation projects. This company is well-known with their stability and inclusive culture.
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join this company and play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of the projects. Scrum Master will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, testers, and stakeholders, to facilitate the Agile development process and promote collaboration and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Guide the team in adopting and implementing Agile principles, practices, and frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban, to drive efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-groomed and ready for development
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master
- Certified in Scrum (CSM) or similar Agile Certifications
- Familiarity with the insurance industry
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Language requirement: Cantonese and English
