SAP SuccessFactors Test Manager

Our client, a prominent player in the Banking industry, is currently seeking a skilled SAP Test Manager to join their IT department as part of a contract job position to head up the testing team in a SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of testing activities within the SAP environment - Focus on HR modules, SuccesFactors.
- Develop test strategies, plans, and test cases to ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute various testing phases, including integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify and report defects, and work closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with testing standards, policies, and procedures, while continuously improving test processes and methodologies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the testing team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Testing Manager, preferably within the SAP environment.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent understanding of SAP modules and functions.
- Experience in test planning, test execution, and defect tracking.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of testers, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
