The Role
SuccessFactors Support Consultant
Oliver James are currently working with a leading retailer in Switzerland to find two SAP SuccessFactors Business Support Consultants. You will be part of a specialist HRIS team and will play a key role in a long term SuccessFactors implementation and HR transformation programme across the group.
The roles offer the chance to work in a flexible and engaging environment in a close nit team of HRIS professionals. The team is very collaborative and you will have the opportunity to further develop and grow in your role as the project moves forward.
You will be responsible for leading small projects within the SuccessFactors space, providing second level support to the business, solving tickets and identifying future improvements to the applications. You will also work with internal customers to understand their requirements for the SuccessFactors system and support them with training programmes. Fluency in both French and German is required for this position.
SuccessFactors Support Consultant - requirements:
- A few years experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central or Learning Management
- Experience on SF implementation or Integration projects
- Strong personal and stakeholder management skills
- French & German speaking is essential
