For one of the biggest international Luxury Retail Groups, we are seeking a SAP Retail Functional Delivery Expert (SD-MM modules) to take part of the corporate team SAP CoE (Centre of Expertise). You will contribute to SAP FMS solutions managing Roll-outs and System Evolutions for all regions and brands of the Group.
Your responsibilities:
Within the Retail Back Office domain, you will be the owner of the POS integration stream, that is covering the following functional scope: Sales integration from POS systems, Sales Audit and Sales Reporting. You will manage at least one internal team member as well as consultants, and will handle following activities:
Roll-out Projects:
- Contribute to the overall multiple deployments (roll-outs) of the SAP Core Model solution, in a position to coordinate, challenge and validate the delivery of IT vendors.
- Participate actively to Go-live and Hypercare phases in supporting the key users in business ramp up with SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team after Post Go-Live period, elaborating business evolutions requests and supporting the resolution of relevant incidents
System Evolutions:
- Manage all impacts on POS integration stream that would be related to other SAP or Corporate Technology projects: CAR upgrade, new POS implementation, …
- Prioritize technical and business system evolutions
- Manage design workshops and provide all detailed analysis for arbitrations. Contribute to the delivery of the solution up to Production.
Experience required:
4 yr+ SAP experience, preferably in the Retail industry
- System core skills: SAP SD-MM
- SAP CAR and POS Systems are a plus
- Experience with design, development, testing and implementation of SAP Applications.
- Knowledge of global SAP deployment methodologies and support models
- Detailed oriented; excellent ability to plan and organize work of others as well as her/himself
- Good interpersonal skills: ability to collaborate, consult and share information with managers and colleagues within the global and regional matrix
- A graduate in computer science, management information systems (preferably)
- Comfortable in working in a modern and international contest
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
