Responsibilities:
Manage and lead project implementations, enhancements, and support in one or more of the following areas:
- Customer service provision, customer relationship management, and customer campaigns
- Device Management/Smart meter platform/meter data collection
- Billing and revenue collection
- Customer digital interaction channel management
Coordinate with other teams to deliver application solutions that meet user needs and improve organizational efficiency.
Design secure, scalable, and reliable solutions to meet business requirements.
Develop business cases, conduct feasibility studies, and plan resources for IT initiatives.
Gather user requirements, analyze systems, and oversee system development, maintenance, and support.
Identify and address risks, ensuring adequate test plans and outcomes.
Prepare project documentation at various stages.
Improve project planning, timelines, costs, and resource allocation.
Requirements:
University degree in Information Technology or related discipline. Business Analyst/Project Manager certification (HKITPC or PMP) is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in developing or supporting large-scale systems.
Experience in utility retail applications and hands-on experience in SAP ISU/CRM and large-scale smart metering systems preferred.
Proficient in Web .Net/Java and App IOS(Swift)/AOS(Kotlin) with knowledge of integration, MVC/MVVM.
Strong supervisory, interpersonal, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills.
Solid project management skills with knowledge of agile, scrum, waterfall, DevOps.
Experience in leading design thinking or digital transformation projects is a plus.
Familiarity with API-based application integration, IoT systems, and customer digital channels.
Good presentation, documentation, and report writing skills.
Proficient in spoken and written English, knowledge of Putonghua is a plus.
Willingness to travel and undertake short-term overseas assignments as required.
