We are currently looking for a SAP Director for the transformation projects of our world-leading consulting client. The candidate would exert its expertise in SAP and finance domain to lead the SAP assignment of the team. The permanent role comes with an attractive remuneration package and bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage deep expertise / in-depth knowledge within SAP Finance transformation to make meaningful recommendations
- Employ a business-oriented mindset to drive transformation agenda and achieve results
- Identify and solve problems objectively using analysis, experience and judgment
- Articulate how technology enables and differentiates the business and communicate this effectively to clients
- Plan and execute a project to deliver a superior client experience
- Develop relationships, establish credibility with and instill confidence in clients

- Identify and transform opportunities into solutions that drive business value for our clients

- Grow the team on SAP/ Insurance as well as identifying suitable talents for the team
What we are looking for:
- Insurance domain experience is a MUST
- 10 years of experiences in relevant SAP consulting or financial services industry experience with at least 5 years of experience in finance transformation
- Experienced in planning, designing, implementing and deploying finance systems especially in/ for insurance/ banking businesses
- Technical and function lead experience in full lifecycle implementations
- Experience in ECC FICO/ BW/ S4/ PAPM
- Experience in managing senior-level client relationships
- Excellent communication skills in English or Chinese
