Per un'importante realtà Pharma, si ricerca una figura esperta su SAP Ariba, che sarà responsabile della piattaforma, supportando i colleghi del Procurement nella qualifica dei fornitori e in generale gli stakeholder nell'utilizzo del tool. Guiderà inoltre l'adoption di SAP Ariba nelle altre country e gestirà l'implementazione di nuove funzionalità di SAP Ariba.
E' richiesta quindi un'esperienza di almeno 2-3 anni su Ariba.
MASTER DATA SPECIALIST
We are currently looking for Master Data Specialist who will support procurement by monitoring and analyzing master data, key data and key relationship data across the organization. The Master Data Specialist is responsible for the creation and maintenance of the Master Data essential for business processes.
Key activities:
* Ensure master data integrity in key systems and maintains processes to support data quality.
* Identify areas for improvement in data quality
* Provide assistance in solving data quality problems through the appropriate selection of error detection and correction, control and process improvement
* Manage, analyze and troubleshoot the data initiative and manages the reviews necessary to best meet internal and customer requirements while adhering to published data standards.
* Define, design, and build databases sized to meet business needs.
* Procedure for managing and implementing data standards and data ownership guidelines, including supplier lifecycle and performance, procurement forms
* Develop and implement strategies to translate business requirements and models into feasible data to ensure business needs are met.
* Development, management and implementation of electronic tools (procurement website, intranet, supplier directory, etc.)
* Data analysis and financial evaluations
* Implementation and management of the risk assessment tool, performing risk assessment
* Development of procurement reports
* Contractual support
* Support for electronic auctions
* Monitoring of global policies
Qualifications:
* Academic background: Bachelor's degree in management engineering, data management, computer science or related field preferred.
* Professional experience: experience in data analysis or computer programming.
Skills: Knowledge of master key data systems such as SAP4Hana, SAP Ariba, SAP AFO, advanced Exce
