Salesforce Technical Lead
An exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Technical Lead, overseeing a group of developers, managing day to day tasks, ensuring high level productivity and work priority. You may also have responsibility to develop.
This is a hands on opportunity to lead, coach and mentor the developers, define standards, deliver complex change and oversee the maintenance of Salesforce and working closely with key business stakeholders and technical architects.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure Salesforce changes are complete on time and good quality
- Perform Application development duties
- Perform design activities, collaborating with Architects
- Adhering to development governance and SDLC
- Leading team of developers
- Managing 3rd party vendors relations
Key skills:
- Demonstrate experience of hands-on Salesforce development knowledge
- Experience leading and mentoring developers
- IT and business experience in a commercial environment
- Experience working in Insurance industry is a bonus
- Knowledge of SOA and n-Tier architecture
- Experience and knowledge of Agile
