** Salesforce Support Analyst Requirement - Permanent **

I have an urgent requirement for a Salesforce Support Analyst to join a salesforce consultancy based in the west Midlands on a permanent basis.

Your role will involve taking ownership of the support requests including bug fixes, queries and small scale development requests.

You will have the chance to be placed on a career development programme for a chance to up skill in Marketing cloud, CPQ and development.

This is a hybrid position that requires you to go into the office 4 days a week to work alongside the rest of the salesforce team.

The ideal candidate will have sales and service cloud experience and be salesforce admin certified.
