Salesforce Solutions Architect

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect with extensive experience across Sales, Service, Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), and Financial Service Cloud (FSC). As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee Salesforce implementations, ensuring adherence to best practices, and aligning solutions with our long-term strategic goals. Your expertise will drive the success of our Salesforce ecosystem, optimizing efficiency, scalability, and user experience across multiple clouds.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Leadership:

   • Design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and long-term strategy, drawing on previous architecting or design experience.
   • Provide architectural oversight across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, NPSP, and FSC implementations.
   • Develop scalable solutions to complex technical and business challenges, leveraging knowledge of Salesforce, Boomi, Experience Cloud, AWS, and other relevant platforms.

2. Strategic Alignment:

   • Collaborate with business stakeholders, Offshore resources, and our Architecture team to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
   • Ensure Salesforce initiatives align with organizational goals post-go-live of the final grant management product this summer.

3. Technical Expertise:

   • Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce best practices, platform capabilities, and limitations, supporting smaller projects and issues as they arise.
   • Lead evaluations of new Salesforce features and technologies, integrating them into our platform and considering impacts on other applications and tools.

4. Project Management and Delivery:

   • Lead and mentor teams through agile development methodologies, managing end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects.
   • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards, particularly during the fast-paced environment leading up to go-live.

5. Governance and Compliance:

   • Establish and enforce Salesforce governance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with security standards and data management practices.
   • Monitor Salesforce performance metrics, implementing improvements and guiding legacy system data migrations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Salesforce certifications such as Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect, or related.
• Ideally with have Salesforce Administrator, PD1 and Platfrom App Builder - Bonus for PD2
• Previous consulting experience and familiarity with Salesforce, Boomi, Experience Cloud, AWS, FSC, or NPSP preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, demonstrating leadership in project pitches and strategic communications.
• Comfortable adapting to new systems and technologies, facilitating data migration from legacy systems.
