Responsibilities

• Conduct research into company's use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions
• Review solutions and recommending improvements
• Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce
• Collaborative project and workstream planning
• Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Architect, or Consultant
• Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to make decisions, positively influence others, and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications
