Salesforce Platform Manager - Responsibilities :
- Manage user requests and queries on a daily basis as the primary point of contact
- Employ industry-standard techniques to develop and uphold front-end Salesforce solutions
- Participate in enhancing change and release procedures on an ongoing basis
- Collaborate with project team members to explore possible solutions and assess their technical viability
- Generate instructional materials such as support guides and how-to articles
- Deliver online or video call training to users
- Coordinate with the Programme Leader to establish an uncomplicated and adaptable environment that aligns with business requirements.
Salesforce Platform Manager - Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in a Salesforce Administration or Platform related role.
- Salesforce Admin Certification & Sales Cloud Certification.
- Proactively identify and implement platform enhancements in Sales cloud and Pardot
- Implement best practice solutions in Sales cloud and Pardot to optimize sales processes and improve lead generation
- Be available and responsive to Sales and Marketing team questions related to Sales cloud and Pardot
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including Sales, Marketing, and IT teams
- Gather requirements from Sales and Marketing teams and propose technical solutions in Sales cloud and Pardot
- Train Sales and Marketing teams on how to use Sales cloud and Pardot clouds effectively and create training materials as needed
- Demonstrate understanding of Salesforce sharing and security concepts, including roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, and sharing rules, as well as Salesforce user management and security
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes in Sales cloud and Pardot, including Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
