We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Functional Analyst with expertise in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Functional Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions for our clients. Your knowledge and experience in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud will be instrumental in optimizing our clients' sales and marketing processes.
What will you do ?
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations.
- Design, configure, and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud to meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the successful deployment of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and administrators, to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities, and provide recommendations for their implementation.
- Conduct user training sessions to empower clients to effectively utilize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on best practices and industry trends related to Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Who are you ?
- Proven experience on Salesforce with a focus on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes, including lead management, opportunity management, campaign management, and reporting.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and Salesforce solutions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including user management, security settings, and data management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, are highly desirable.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Flow, and integration with other systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- You speak English AND - Dutch OR French
