Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing our Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud applications to meet the needs of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and customization, as well as experience in implementing Sales and Service Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud applications.
- Collaborate with other members of the IT and business teams to understand requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Configure Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud to support business processes and workflows.
- Integrate Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud with other systems and applications as needed.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system requirements, design specifications, and test plans.
- Provide training and support to end-users of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce development best practices and new features.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization, with a focus on Sales and Service Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and Apex.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System and Visualforce.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools, such as Mulesoft or Informatica.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
