Regional Sales Director - Cyber / Application Security / APAC

• Permanent position
• SGD 480k-500k OTE (50/50 split)
• Leadership role

Regional Sales Director required by successful global cybersecurity solutions provider offering an excellent package in a senior leadership position. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leader in their field and contribute to the company's growth within the region!

Responsibilities:

• Effective leadership of regional team of Account Managers
• Annual target of $10-$15 million for the region
• Develop and execute comprehensive go to market strategy
• Develop and grow the team as required
• Covering APAC region
• Report to VP level

Requirements:

• 15+ years experience
• Experienced handling a $10m+ regional budget
• Very strong leadership ability with extensive experience at Director level
• Strong background in Cybersecurity product sales (application security exposure is beneficial)
• Ability to build a complex sales strategy to achieve short and long term goals
• Able to handle a high pressure role
• Happy to travel across APAC as required
