What You'll Do:

Financial Oversight & Analysis

• Monitor and reconcile financial activity tied to premium flows, claims, and reserve funding
• Investigate and resolve variances in financial records across multiple systems
• Collaborate with partners and brokers to manage financial settlements and statements
• Assist with audits and month-end financial close processes
• Use Excel (including Power Query, Macros, PivotTables) to manage and transform large data sets
• Conduct quantitative analysis to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decisions
• Develop visual dashboards and reports to communicate financial trends
• Identify anomalies and patterns that influence business decisions

Process Optimization

• Redesign manual workflows through automation and reusable templates
• Partner with leadership to implement digital tools that drive accuracy and efficiency
• Stay up-to-date on technology trends and promote continuous improvement

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years of insurance or reinsurance experience
• Strong technical command of Excel and reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) preferred
• Clear communication style and a commitment to data integrity
