Oliver James is currently recruiting for a Compliance Monitoring lead, on behalf of a leading Fintech organisation.

This newly created position will see the successful candidate invoke their regulatory compliance expertise ensuring all legal entities within the region of operation are in an effective and controlled environment that is compliant with regulatory obligations.

Other core duties of the role include but are not limited to the following;

• the monitoring of regulatory change,
• analyse information and communicate any impacted entities and stakeholders of the upcoming changes you have identified.
• assist in implementing regulatory changes to processes and controls
• High level of engagement with senior stakeholders and management

This role would suit a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of regulatory compliance or compliance monitoring experience who is keen to take on the next steps in their career and interested in working in a large and busy organisation.
