- Manage the technical project delivery team
- Analyse business requirements and problems to develop technology requirements and solutions to address needs of the business
- Provide advisory services to support technology enabled solutions to businesses
- Participate in project meetings to elicit requirements, propose solutions, diagnose issues, demonstrate technology solutions and improve stakeholder engagement
- Closely work with the project team to design and deliver comprehensive services and solutions
- Perform system implementation work including:
- Perform application development through means of system configuration or code development
- Maintain integrity of version control of configuration and code
- Unit/System/Systems Integration/User Acceptance Test systems
- Provide coaching and training to end users
- Analyse impact of implementations at macro and micro levels
- Prepare project documentation as required

- Legacy Technology: C#, .NET, Oracle
- DevOps Technology: Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), Concourse/Jenkins, Agile Tools
- Familiarity with agile and DevOps principles, continuous integration, and other approaches to accelerate the delivery of new features
- Collaborative attitude, willingness to work with team members; able to coach, participate in code reviews, share skills and methods
- Constantly learns from both success and failure
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities that enable to manage through creative abrasion
- Strong verbal and written communication; able to effectively articulate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes
- Able to effectively challenge senior stakeholders if necessary
- Detail orientated and willingness to learn all aspect of the wealth and asset management business
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT consulting and/or software development and implementation role
