Software QA Manager, Pharmaceutical Industry!

I'm leading a fantastic project for a growing start-up in the pharmaceutical sector, and we're seeking a highly motivated QA Manager to join our dynamic team!

In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with developers, the QA & Compliance team, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, validated IT solutions. You'll be responsible for:

✔️ Establishing QA processes that align the QA Test Team with Development and Compliance efforts

✔️ Overseeing and performing manual QA testing for all system aspects to support ongoing project activities

✔️ Implementing improvements like automating manual tests and integrating security testing

✔️ Coaching and mentoring team members in areas they need support with

Not Required, but a plus: Python, Pytest, NodeJS, SQL, SOAP UI/PrimeUI, Postman, API (API Automation) - selenium.
