My client is a leading insurance company with fast growth over the past few years. This role sits in the Transformation team and will oversee overall transformation projects within the company. This is a team of SMEs with strong delivery mindset and excellent teamwork.
I am currently looking for a Project Manager / Scrum Master with track record in leading and delivering various transformation projects within the insurance industry. Scrum Master / Project Manager must have the ability of Senior Stakeholder Management, leading and coaching the team to improve and collaborate.
As a Scrum Master / Project Manager, you will work closely with various stakeholders to drive and deliver transformation. You will coordinate with Product Owner to drive user stories specifications and manage the overall project timeline. You will ensure project compliance and relevant governance for the project.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Project Manager / Scrum Master within the Insurance industry
- Strong facilitation skills in sprint planning, daily stand up, sprint reviews, etc
- Experienced in Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, etc)
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Strong delivery mindset with can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Cantonese and English is a must, Mandarin is an advantage
