*Job Description:*

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of a Point of Sale (POS) system within retail operations across APAC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, from initial planning and requirements gathering to execution and rollout. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of the Point of Sale (POS) system across multiple retail locations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, retail operations, finance, and external vendors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget constraints.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and third-party services, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and address issues or concerns as they arise.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure that the POS system implementation meets quality standards and fulfills business objectives, including improved transaction efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
- Support user training and change management initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of the new system.
- Oversee post-implementation activities, including system testing, optimization, and ongoing support and maintenance.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on system implementation projects, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion, including experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with retail operations and customer service principles is advantageous.
