Sitting with the CEO Office, the ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for leading projects related Sales Enablement, Leads Management & Conversion, Partnerships with FA network and Compliance regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects to improve leads management and leads conversion rates
- Deliver projects according to scope, targets and objectives based on time of delivery, budget, and quality
- Work closely with C-Suite leaders to ensure quality and timely management reporting
- Responsible for ensuring high adoption and delivery of solution, ensuring suitable roll-out strategy and engagement
- High touch with business to ensure consistent project updates and communication, as well as working relevant external stakeholders
- Ensure change deployment and transition to all departments to drive quality and compliance
- Work closely with business stakeholders to resolve difficulties on policy, process and other technical requirements (depending on individual expertise)
- Accountable for escalation of the problems according to guidelines
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong Project Management knowledge with rich experience in Insurance products and processes, especially past experience in working with FA network
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management experience
- Ability to negotiate and influence senior stakeholders
- Project delivery experience in Insurance or Financial Services firms
- PMP Certification is a plus
