Our client, a Leading Insurance Firm, is seeking experienced Project Managers to join their growing IT team. In this role, you will lead critical technology initiatives that modernize the organization's applications and capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex, multi-faceted projects, with a specific focus on application migration, enhancement, and transformation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and vendors, to deliver best-in-class solutions. Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese is required.
Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of application migration projects, ensuring a seamless merge of two distinct systems
- Lead the enhancement and transformation of Front end System to improve functionality and user experience
- Collaborate with business partners to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and status reporting for executive leadership
- Oversee vendor management, contract negotiations, and service level agreements
- Mentor and coach project teams to build capabilities and foster a culture of excellence
The Successful Applicant
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the financial services or insurance industry
- Proven track record of leading successful application migration, enhancement, and transformation initiatives
- Strong working knowledge of Front end System and General Insurance
- Proven experience in leading complex projects and vendor management
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent project management certification is a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
