- Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan
- Communicate status updates, risk/issues to relevant program leadership
- Manage all aspects of governance through relevant meetings
- Actively manage the budget, forecasts and costs related to the project and provide status updates to stakeholders, including the Finance Projects division
- Actively manage risks and issues related to the project and provide status updates to the relevant stakeholders
- Measure and track success of transformation and efficiency enhancement projects through formal post-implementation reviews and continuous monitoring of defined KPIs
- Other tasks or duties as assigned by Senior Management.
