We are looking for a seasoned Project Actuary to oversee and coordinate the implementation of recent industry regulated practice and framework including IFRS 17, RBC and more. This is a highly commercial role which requires excellent stakeholder management skills. You will be working with multi internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery, and directly report to Chief Actuary.
It will involve:
- Process management and improvement
- Change management
- Training/mentoring
- Stakeholder relationship management
- Management and Planning
Skills Required:
- Qualified actuary with minimum 6 years of experience in insurance industry
- Analytical skills with the ability to review results for reasonableness
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior IFRS 17 experience is very helpful but not mandatory
