My client, an insurance company, is seeking a Program Manager to combine both Production Support and Service Desk functions.

Successful Program Managers will:

Possess a technical foundation in: Infrastructure, Service Desk and / or production support.

Possess a demonstrable track record (more recently in their resume) of driving and delivering transformation & change in an IT environment.

My client, an insurance company, is seeking a Program Manager to combine both Production Support and Service Desk functions. This is a long-term contractual opportunity to drive change within a dynamic IT group.

Program Managers will:

Combine their Infrastructure & help desk experience to unify the service / help-desk as well as production into one well-oiled function.

Improve ownership and end user experience across the business & IT.

Run up to ten projects simultaneously.

Face off to CIOs, Heads of Infrastructure and business unit heads.

Successful Program Managers will:

Possess a technical foundation in: Infrastructure, Service Desk and / or production support.

Possess a demonstrable track record (more recently in their resume) of driving and delivering transformation & change in an IT environment.

Familiarity with: SQL, LINUX, WINTEL, Microsoft environments.
