Our Swiss banking client are looking for a Product Owner to join on an initial 6 month contract to lead a scrum team for one of their new customer facing digital banking product

Responsibilities

• Agile Product Owner of the bank's customer and partner facing digital solutions (platforms, portals, mobile apps)
• Experience in leading agile teams as Product Owner
• Customer-centric mindset: starting from customer-first in every aspect of your product. Understanding UX and working closely with UX team to constantly improve user experience

Experience

• Experience in mobile app development in a complex and regulated environment
• Entrepreneurship: strong bias towards action. Champion of own product inside organization
• Experience developing product roadmaps, aligning them with business strategy and identifying new market and digitalization trends to explore
• Ready to plan and execute experiments, and iterate based on results. Data-driven mindset is crucial for success
