Our client is a top insurance company with a focus on Agency platform development within the APAC region.
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to drive the development and enhancement of our insurance products and services, especially on the Agency Digital Platform. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs, translate them into product requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and market-leading solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to optimise insurance distribution channels and agency sales platform.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and other relevant departments.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Define and prioritise product features and requirements based on customer insights and business objectives.
- Drive the product roadmap, release planning, and sprint goals.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the insurance industry.
- Proven experience in insurance distribution management or agency sales platform management.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, distribution channels, and customer segments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management best practices.
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
