I am currently recruiting for a Senior Product Manager to join a leading Irish owned client of mine based here in Dublin on an initial 6 month contract - with the view to extend.

My client is currently undergoing a significant transformation within their customer function. The product manager will be working within this team and cross functionally to support the successful implementation and delivery of Sales Force Service Cloud. The individual will play a critical role in the delivery and management of the key value streams alongside taking ownership of the road map and digital strategy.

Effective life cycle product management is vital for this role to ensure high class commercial performance is executed with the view to having industry leading customer experience.

Responsibilities:

> In charge of the voice of the customer - ensuring product performance KPIs are in place to foster growth.

> Strong focus on business readiness - providing recommendations and ensuring high quality data analysis.

> Successful delivery of the digital strategy.

> Working on product backlog to ensure alignment.

> Acting as a leader cross functionally, ensuring team commitment to the transformation and making critical business decisions.

Role:

> Initial 6 month contract (with view to extend)
> x2 days required on-site (Dublin based)
