Oliver James has partnered with a market leading consolidator of closed book life insurers and pension providers, to recruit a fully qualified for their annuity business.

This is an important role that offers the responsibility of bringing their annuity business to the market by extending their UK proposition.

Within this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining pricing bases and pricing models for the annuity business, including bulk annuities. It is a varied role which also includes:

• Supporting business development and relationship management (meeting with clients, managing pipeline etc.)
• Managing stakeholders and ensuring compliance with risk governance

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be a fully qualified actuary with a minimum of 1 year post qualified experience
• Knowledge of UK Defined Benefit Pensions
• Pricing experience within annuities, longevity or protection
