Our client, a leading Practice/Consultancy company, is currently seeking a Digital Transformation Senior Consultant to join their Change Management department.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead digital transformation projects for clients, including assessing current systems and processes, developing strategies for improvement, and implementing necessary changes
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
- Analyze data and provide insights to drive informed decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of digital solutions
- Provide training and support to clients on newly implemented technologies
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or PMO, preferably in a consulting or advisory role;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in digital transformation;
