You'll play a critical role in shaping project delivery frameworks, building team capability, and ensuring outcomes align with both business objectives and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive consistent project execution standards, aligning delivery with strategic goals and client needs.
  • Develop and evolve project delivery frameworks, templates, and tools to drive quality and efficiency.
  • Manage a team of project managers, recruiting, coaching, and growing talent while fostering accountability and high standards.
  • Oversee full project lifecycles, from planning through to closeout, ensuring budgets, timelines, and scope are consistently met.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely decision-making.
  • Lead capacity planning and resource allocation to match delivery needs across diverse initiatives.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure project performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Govern quality assurance and formal signoff checkpoints across all key stakeholders (client, internal teams, external partners).
  • Collaborate closely with sales and client success teams to support pre-sales scoping and project estimation.
  • Champion the PMO across the organization, supporting broader change management and cross-functional engagement.

Skills Needed:

  • 8+ years of progressive project management experience, with at least 3 years in a PMO leadership role.

  • Adept at managing cross-functional teams and navigating complex, matrixed environments.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action, able to influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required (business, project management, or related field); advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
