We are looking for a PMO Analyst to join an industry leading organisation that is currently going through a big period of growth due to continued success!
With a continuous improvment and cloud-first mindset they have various large scale IT and Business Change programmes you could be getting involved in!
You'll sit within a Delivery team within a larger Technology & Change function. Responsible for driving PMO activities, governance and delivery support for all projects from idea to implementation!
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure that projects follow the correct project methodology and standards
- Support the delivery of changes throughout the project lifecycle
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide reports and updates for the changes
- Product monthly & quarterly MI reports
- Take ownership across document management, ensuring all governance documents are stored correctly
- Support the development of a PMO dashboard to include all KPIs across the portfolio
- Own new processes, ensuring all input meets agreed quality

Based just outside Manchester (West) this is a hybrid environment that will require some office presence where needed (once a week or fortnightly)
