For a Leading Multinational Company, operating in the lifestyle & retail industry, we are looking for a:

Project Manager Ecommerce / Roadmap Specialist

The candidate will responsibility from the business side of the creation, development and execution of the IT roadmap in a Global perspective.

The role means to propose a list of activities, their impact on the budget and monitoring the successful execution of the plan. Moreover, the monitoring and addressing of AM maintenance issues is another key part of the role to ensure a smooth performance of the platforms and, hence, securing net sales.

Key Activities:

• Definition oftheroadmap in alignment with the e-commerce managers
  • Projects definition
  • Impact evaluation on net sales and building blocks
  • Priorities definition according to business impact
• SupervisingtheRoadmap execution
  • Roadmap Steering alignment and review
  • Projects Kick-off
  • Projects under scope definition: requirements supervision across teams
  • SAL of projects under development
  • Managing the delivery calendar
  • Reporting and communicating progress, issues/risks to project stakeholders and other team contacts
  • Projects in UAT phase: test, ticket opening, ticketing re-test
• Supervising the maintenance stream:
  • Ticket review and prioritization
  • Steering AM
  • Monitoring progress

Skillset & Requests:

• 3+ years of Project Management experience
• Fluency in both Italian and English languages; other languages are a plus
• Accountability and results orientation
• Business acumen to propose projects apt at increasing overall net sales and the impact on their cost
• Proven skills in managing complex processes with multiple business owners, making tradeoffs against business priorities
• Knowledge of JIRA and other projects tracking softwares as well as familiarity with main IT e-commerce platforms
• Familiarity with SQL, Excel, PPT, and data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to work with global technology and business teams
• Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and how e-commerce, web, mobile, social, search and channels work together to optimize behavior and acquisition
• Knowledge of e-commerce business models, specifically how to drive e-commerce sales through innovative, effective and cost-efficient projects
