Oliver James have partnered with a leading insurer who have grown considerably in recent years and are ambitious to keep this going. They are seeking to add a skilled Pension Sales Manager onto their team.
It's important to note that this role will involve frequent travel nationwide.
What you can expect:
- Use industry knowledge and existing connections to drive the future growth.
- Act as a key subject matter expert in the development and promotion of the pensions offering.
- Drive the importance of the unique offering and the customer benefits, to existing broker base and expanding this base further.
- Coach and mentor, the Sales Team.
- Contribute to the constant improvement.
- Frequent travel nationwide.
What you need to apply:
- Previous experience in a sales role.
- QFA/CFP qualified.
- Experience of retail pension products, Broker distribution channels and the challenges they face in the current regulatory climate.
- Strong knowledge of technical Pension issues.
- Previous experience delivering compelling, engaging presentations.
- Full driver's licence.
