Pensions Actuarial Consultant (Public Sector)
Regional offices in England and Scotland (2 x days per week in office)
Up to £85,000 per annum (plus above market rate bonus and car allowance)
Oliver James is partnered with a diverse and collaborative firm to appoint a Pensions Actuarial Consultant in their Public Sector team, widely recognised for having a fantastic culture and exciting ongoing growth plans.
This is an opportunity work your way up from Consultant to Partner while leading on client accounts, delivering strategic advice, driving business growth and building strong client relationships.
You will actively participate in new business pitching and serve as a key advisor to a diverse portfolio of Local Government Pension Schemes. This position is ideal for a Pensions Actuary seeking to escalate and future-proof their career in a client-facing role.
You must be an Associate or Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries with relevant pensions experience (Scheme Actuary certificate not required).
Previous public sector pensions experience will not be required if client-facing experience is sufficient.
